I am posting this car for a friend. This is a very RARE -- 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible -- Equipped with the factory 426 Street Wedge Package. Per Galen's Registry, this car is one of only four 1965 426 Sport Fury convertibles known to exist. The engine is a Commando 426 Cubic Inch "RB" (Raised Block) High Performance with 10.3 to 1 Compression Ratio, 1-4 BBL Carb. and Special Cam. Engine block is stamped: "A" 426, HP, whereas, "A" designates Year Code1965 and HP is High Performance. Additional documentation included Chrysler LLC and Galen V. Govier. This car is presented in the original factory colors - white convertible top over medium gold metallic paint with a black vinyl interior. Engine and transmission run very well, with a solid rust free body. Everything works, except for the tach, radio and clock. It is also equipped with the factory tilt wheel.
