Im selling this ballen land yacht as I have three vehicles and cannot keep them all. This one is my favorite but due to necessity, its going up for sale to the highest bidder with no reserve!!!Overall the van is in good shape and is a solid daily driver. It has served many many uses for me and the previous two families that have been in it's life. Everything works as it should and regular maintenance as well as much preventative mataintence has been done. It is a 20+ year old vehicle, so it does have its character.I have done about $4000 in service recently in 2017. Mpg is about 20 highway/18 in town, which for a live aboard style home, that's not bad.Recent work:•New front end including both front cv axles, tie rod ends, ball joints and front brakes. One above when you pop the top and another that pulls out.I also have a gas stove and a cooler to make cooking and cold drinks a thing (wired with aux battery for fridge)Pop top, canvas, curtains as well as mosquito nets for every window are in great condition.
