2007 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LTZSelling the family hauler, needs have changed as kids have grown. Second owners, we purchased as a GM CPO in 2010. Fully loaded LTZ trim, vehicle has approximately 149,100 miles and drives well. Mechanically everything works as it should with exception of the following known issues: 1) air shocks leaking 2) the drivers side mirror heater inoperative (also, a couple LED's out on mirror turn indicator signal) 3) missing 12V outlet covers on center dashboard 4) second row movable armrests broken. Body is straight with some areas of rust & paint peeling, typical door dings and chips, some lower front air dam damage. Interior is clean with wear befitting the age / mileage; a couple minor splits in leather. All accessories work. Clear title in hand. As typical with 5.3L GM engine of this year, oil consumption = ~ 1QT per thousand miles. Tires have over 50% tread left. Vehicle had a complete front end rebuild (bushings, springs, struts etc) a couple years ago. Reserve the right to cancel listing as vehicle is being sold locally as well.
