Hello. This vehicle needs a full restoration. It does have rusty floors, dings, dents, AC does not work. It does run and drive, but is not roadworthy. All of the lights do work. Title is clear. I can provide more pics upon request. State vehicle inspections here in Pennsylvania are very strict and vehicles have to be near perfect before the state will let them on the road. Here's a list of things it needs to pass inspection; windshield needs replaced (very hard to find). windshield wiper linkage needs to be connected. radiator needs replaced/re-cored (rotted) floor boards need replaced (rust holes/rot) brake lines, pads/shoes will need replaced speedometer does not show accurate speed (needle bounces around) it has not been smog tested (might need new exhaust system) hoses/belts need replaced struts/shocks need replaced I put new tires on it a year ago and a new battery about 6 months ago.
