This bike has a tad over 31,000 miles on it and is in very good condition mechanically and cosmetically. I purchased it a little over 3 years ago, but I recently bought a R1200RT so this one is up for sale. I have a pretty good paper trail all the way back to the original owner and believe it has always been well maintained and likely always garaged. Runs and rides beautifully. The K75 is known as the “fying brick” due to its durable, trouble free engine. It is also known as probably the smoothest running engine BMW ever made, meaning that vibrations are amazing low and barely noticeable. Although not as well known as the boxer engines, the K75 is considered a classic by many BMW fans. Here are more details: - ABS that is working properly.- Seat is about two years old and is a Corbin low seat with leather top and vinyl sides. Looks like new. - Suspension has been upgraded to a YSS rear shock and Hyperpro progressive fork springs. - Engine guards. - Rifel Superbike fairing painted to match bike (Mystic Red Metallic). - Includes rain cover for seat. - Includes factory rider’s manual and tool kit. - Clymer service manual is also included. - Includes BMW 22L top case and side cases, with factory liners for side cases. - Includes BMW tank bag with rain cover. - Engine oil, transmission oil and final drive oil all recently replaced. - Coolant recently replaced. - Tires are in good condition and only 3 years old. - The original fork springs are included (separately). - Set of new rear brake pads and new air filter included (separately). - A second wind shield (shorter than the one on the bike) also included.
