Rear 6-speed manual E39 BMW 540i. This car is quite the head turner. I have owned this car for approx. 5 years and its just time to let someone else enjoy her as I have too many toys at the moment. I have attached some short video clips as well as pictures for your viewing. Even though the mileage is high, the engine was replaced with a very low mileage unit about 3 years ago....clutch pack was replaced about 2 years ago. I own an auto repair shop so this car has always been very reliable and in great running condition. I would not hesitate to drive her cross country. A/C blows very cold, heat works also. The exhaust sound on this 540i is soooo sweet!! (listen to audio on video clips). Car has cold air intake also. The suspension has been lowered approx. 2" with H&R lowering springs. On the inside, In Car Entertainment boasts a pioneer head unit, 12"JBL woofer and amplifier, cross-overs in the trunk,. Back up camera, Navigation and you can play your DVD movies while the car is in motion (driver just be careful...Lol). I have definitely put too much time and attention into this 540. It surely draws attention on the road. However, let me say that this car cosmetically is far from perfect. Lots of scratches, defects up close can be seen in the paint job approx. 5 years ago. Car shows very well from 5-10 ft away. Upon closer inspection, one will definately find lots of flaws. I just want to make that clear so no disappointments. Nevertheless, for an almost 20 year old vehicle, it is way past average condition. I would certainly welcome inspection if you are in the Atlanta area or if you know someone close by maybe they can inspect it for you.
