Hello and thanks for viewing our 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport. This is a one owner truck that we purchased from a local municipality. The vehicle was designated for parking enforcement and was very lightly used. When it was done with its daily duties it was stored indoors overnight , that's why the vehicle is pretty much rust and rot free. . Oil was changed every 3k miles and no expense was spared on its upkeep. The truck runs and drives 100%. The engine starts right up with a quater turn of the key and doesn't make any noise or blow any smoke out the exhaust. The transmission shifts perfectly thru it's gears and the four wheel drive works great. The heat blowsHot and the air blows cold . Everything inside the vehicle works as if should. This vehicle was never off-road or on the beach. There wereNever any pets inside and the interior is in great shape for being 18 years old, there is not 1 stain or rip in the seats. This truck is equipped with the legendary 4.0 inline 6 cylinder engine. The 4.0 was rated by car and driver as one of the top 3 engines that "refuse to die". You can easily get 400k miles plus out of this vehicle if you keep up on the maintenance. These vehicles are getting harder and harder to find and especially with no rust and low miles. I took pictures of the underneath to show how well the vehicle has been kept over the years.
