The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a gorgeous looking 1993 Mercury Cougar XR7 in Electric Currant Red Metallic with Red leather interior. There has been only one owner since new, and this vehicle spent its entire life in Virginia. This was a garage kept vehicle, and it has 33,926 original miles. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. The title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. This Cougar is very well equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine, leather interior, and power seat. All of the power equipment in this Cougar has been checked, tested and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. This Cougar runs and drives very well, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 5.0L engine runs very smoothly, and the automatic transmission shifts very well. There are four brand new tires on this car and the brake pads are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filters were replaced this week. This Cougar is ready to be picked up, and there isn't anything about this car to prevent someone from driving it anywhere. The exterior of this Cougar is in terrific condition. The Electric Red finish is super glossy and lustrous with nothing other than minor imperfections and some scratches on the lower rear bumper. There isn't any paint fading, even on the tops. There aren’t any dents or body damage. There isn't any body rust at all and the undercarriage is also very clean and in excellent condition. This is a very clean, and very well preserved vehicle. The interior has been very well maintained and is in superb condition. All of the leather surfaces are soft and supple. The seats and carpeting are crisp, clean and in terrific condition. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight without any cracks or damage. This car was non smoker owned, and there aren’t any odors or burn marks inside this car. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
