Seller will assist Buyer with scheduling a Test Drive or an Inspection. Obtaining Title is not a problem – 1) If Buyer is local or nearby we can go to Sabine Bank in Alexandria and do full transfer; 2) If Buyer is not local, then we can do what I have done before – Seller will sign a Bill of Sale with full price of the Sale authorizing Bank to release the Title to the Buyer - then Buyer can issue a payoff check with the Bill of Sale and deliver to Sabine Bank for Title release - and then Buyer can pick up the Vehicle with a separate Certified Cashier’s Check payable to Seller for the balance due to Seller (i.e. the full Sales Price minus the Title payoff check to Bank). If Buyer has a better way to handle Title transfer, please message me. PAYMENT. Non-Refundable Deposit of $1,000.00 via PayPal within 24 hours of Sale. Balance due and payable within 30 days of sale.
