1978 Suzuki GS1000C with 2,200 original miles. This was the first year of the Suzuki 1000 in America. Garaged and pristine! It’s an original unrestored survivor in near showroom condition (100% stock). The GS1000 is an in-line four, 90 horsepower, four stroke bike. Built for speed (around 136 mph top speed), but I’ve never tried. It’s an air cooled, 5 speed, chain drive bike. Single disc front brake and back brake. Fuel capacity is 5.28 gallons. Fresh fluids with new tires and tubes. Start it regularly to keep carbs clean and running great. Bike was purchased new in Texas in 1978 which was later sold to a friend of mine who sold it to me. Clear Texas title in my name. Cash only please. Because it’s a vintage bike, I must have cash in hand for any test drives. For sale locally and buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping.
