Hello, You are bidding on a 2000 Chevrolet Corvette coupe. I bought the vehicle in 2004 and since that time, the car has been an absolute blast to drive, and one of the most reliable vehicles I have ever owned. I have priced it to move quickly (with no reserve!) since my family is moving soon, and we need to downsize immediately to make the relocation easier. (For some reason, the eBay's VIN AutoCheck shows there is an issue with the odometer in 2005; I have no idea why that is. I bought the car in 2004 with about 45,000 miles on it and have been the only owner since then.) The car has been babied for years, and I am a non-smoker. I have tried to be as transparent and forthcoming as possible about the good and bad of the vehicle below, but please do let me know if I can share any further details or pictures. Since it is 17 years old, it has had its share of common failures over time, so you will benefit from recent repairs I have done of parts that are expected to eventually need replacing: New clutch and rear main seal replacement in 2017 (approximately $1,800)New rear tires in 2016 (approximately $600)New TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors in the front two wheels in 2016 (approximately $350)New starter in 2016 (approximately $450)New water pump in 2015 (approximately $900)New alternator in 2014 (approximately $500)New headlight gear replacements in 2014 (approximately $200)New belts and idle pulley in 2014 (approximately $500)There are not any leaks around the removable top, and I don't really hear any odd squeals or rattles. I have taken this defect into account with the pricing.The internal cardboard within both of the sunvisors has broken, so the ends of each sunvisor are floppy.There is a small quarter-inch puncture in the passenger side leather seat.There is some rashing on bottom of the body on the driver side where a tow truck driver improperly placed the jack.The previous owner lost the key fobs so I don't have a keyless entry remote.The front tires will need to be replaced soon.In terms of general options, the car has: driver air bad, passenger air bag, 4-wheel ABS, 4-wheel disc brakes, cruise control, Heads Up Display, rear defrost, daytime running lights, power door locks, power windows with express-down, heated mirrors, power mirrors, power driver seat, power passenger seat, power steering, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, one-piece removable fiberglass roof panel, air conditioning, Bose speaker system, AM/FM stereo with CD player, rear window defogger, and traction control.
