This 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor was recently retired from a local municipality and is now for sale on their behalf. Only 81K miles and 3656 hrs, it runs and drives well but has several scratches and dings from years of service.The paint looks OK from a distance, but there are several scratches that these car accumulate from a life of crime fighting. The front doors were both cheaply resprayed black when decommissioned but blend well. The front grill surround is made of fiberglass and has a crack between the drivers side headlight and the grill. (see photos) Both the trunk lid and top have taped over holes where the antennas and light bar wiring once were. Inside, Both front seats have some light stains, and the driver's seat has wear from entry and exit. There is no back seat as these are usually replaced with a hard plastic seat that is disgarded when these car are decommissioned. The driver's side spotlight works well, but the other spotlight is inoperable.Mechanically it runs and drives well and has obviously been well maintained. With only 81K miles and 3656 hrs on the odo, this car probably never left the small town it was used in.Police Interceptors are heavy duty cars that can take a lot of punishment and 2011 was the last year they were built.
