I bought this car for my wife in July 2009. It was purchased from Texas Auto in Houston, Texas. At the time of purchase is had 44,351 miles.It has a clear title. Vehicle is in good condition inside and out. Normal wear for an 11 year old car.Owner is non smoker. Vehicle has not been raced or modified. Recently Passed Mandatory Texas State Motor Vehicle Inspection ( including tires, lights, wipers, glass, etc,...) Again, this is my wife's car. My wife has always babied this car, as she does with all her cars. Since coming into her possession, it has always been garaged. Everything works as it is suppose to. The ajar door in the main picture was my fault as I did not close the door properly. Again, everything works as it is suppose to. The built in GPS will need to be updated, but otherwise the car is very nice. It runs super nice. It has paddle shifters, which my wife never mastered. The body is in great condition for an 11 year old car. The interior is in nice condition. The plastic moldings covering the door pillars have expanded. In time they will need to be replaced or upholstered. The only reason we are selling this car is cause the kids are grown and we have no need for 7 vehicles. I recently retired and it is time to sell some cars and let someone else enjoy them. Car is for sale locally. Maintenance: Vehicle was always serviced via a BMW Dealership until expiration of 60K warranty. Since then, vehicle oil changes via Minute Man or Jiffy Lube. Payment: Funds to be transferred from your financial institution to my financial institution. Once my financial institution informs me that funds have settled and cleared, vehicle will be released to buyer in person (picked up at bank), or released to transport company.
