Vehicle Detail
96 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Features include power seats, windows, and door locks, sun roof, A/C, Quadratrac (full-time 4WD), 4.0 litre L6 motor, leather interior, premium (for the day) sound system, heated seats and outside mirrors. 12-13 MPG in town, 18-19 on the highway. There is absolutely NO DEATH WOBBLE. This Jeep has been faithfully maintained every 3,000 miles and had its transmission serviced every 6,000 miles. If a part was worn or suspect, I replaced it. Most service records are included. What's been done in the past three years: · New suspension front and rear including shocks, springs, trailing arm bushings, sway bar bushings and end links, steering stabilizer, and track bar · New exhaust from front to rear including the converter · New door and body seals · New battery · Five new tires · New brakes front/rear including new front calipers, rotors, and pads; rotors/ pads in the rear · New ignition cap, rotor, wires, and plugs · New wiper motor, switch, and relay · Rust repair on left rear fender (I did both inner and outer) · New headlights (the old ones simply wouldn't polish out anymore) · Added roof rack and relocated spare · New upper and lower door pins on both front doors · Replaced left driver's door window motor · Replaced crank trigger · Replaced the sunroof (cheaper to replace the whole thing than repair the old one) · Repaired the A/C · New alternator What I know still needs to be taken care of: · Both inner rockers (including the sill corners at the rear doors) should be replaced. Patch panels are available for both bits. · There's an intermittent coolant sensor warning (false) that I traced to a bad solder joint in the BCM (body control module) · The intermittent wiper function doesn't work despite replacing the motor, switch and relay module. This one also traces back to the BCM. · The CV joint for the front drive shaft needs to be rebuilt or replaced. The new CV runs about $100 (Rock Auto). I just don't have the time to replace it. · The driver’s seat bottom skirt should be replaced as the vinyl is showing a good bit of wear. · Both front door armrests have some small tears need to be recovered · Rear flipper glass solenoid needs to be replaced. I rebuilt it once and it worked for a while but has finally just given it up. I would love to keep this car but it needs to go. I'm also including a small box of spares, a roof rack ladder (new in box, never installed), and a pair of new Jeep seat covers that I just don't have the patience to install. Vehicle is being sold on a Bill of Sale. Title has gone missing but is not required for sale in Vermont.
