1985 635CSi with 127,000 miles. Diamond Black (super dark charcoal gray metallic) with pearl beige interior. H&R sport springs, K&Y air filter, performance ignition chip, performance exhaust system, 16" Borbet Type A alloy wheels, Blaupunkt CD stereo. Could use a new front spoiler. The air conditioner is not blowing cold. The summer tires are near the end of their useful life, and the headliner on the inside of the sunroof is becoming unattached. Included with the car are its 5 original alloy wheels with Michelin snow tires, the original owner's manual, extra floor mats, a semi-custom fit car cover and most of the original tools which are in the trunk-mounted tool kit. Other than the air-conditioning, the car is in sound working order, and is a reliable daily driver. Motor and transmission are strong, and the car continues not to use any oil between changes. Original paint, with a small amount of surface rust starting to show around the wheel wells. There is a minimal (not able to show in photographs) amount of hail damage on the trunk lid and hood, but truly not noticeable. I just wanted to disclose. I am a 62 year old E-bay user, and this car belongs to my older (64) brother. I am listing it on his behalf. He purchased it in 1987 from a DR. in Wisconsin, and has owned, and cared for it diligently for the past 30 years. The car has lived its life between MN (garaged in the winter), and at his second home in FL. This is as honest of an assessment as possible. A good example of a legendary German classic. I will need a $500 deposit via Paypal from the winning bidder with in 24 hours of the auction end,and payment in full before delivery. Buyer will be responsible for shipping, but we will help with delivery in any way reasonable. Again, this is a sound example of a 32 year old car.
