The Good, bad and the Ugly. Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a 1989 Honda VFR400R NC30 with 17,086 kilometers (10,616 miles). The GOOD- Bike runs great, just like the day it was new. New battery and new fluids. No rust inside the fuel tank, no rips or tears in the seats, no dent in the fuel tank, exhaust pipe is very nice condition with no dents, tires are in very nice condition and it has very low mileage. Bike comes with a Utah state title and is titled as a street motorcycle for road use. The BAD- Bike has scratches, scrapes, cracks and paint has peeled off the gas tank. Right mirror base is cracked but useable. Corrosion on the front brake calipers. Exposure got the best of it as it sat in Japan waiting to be rescued by the Americans. The UGLY- This NC30 is very ugly for such a beautiful bike. This project is a painters dream and would make a good candidate for restoration since its completely stock (except for HID headlights & brake lines) and such low mileage. I think its a diamond in the rough and needs to be cleaned up but I don't have time to do the work. Highest bidder wins! Open to offers if you cant wait for the auction to end. I also have a 1989 Honda RC30 available in similar condition with 5,900 miles.
