We've listed it as a "fixer upper" because it needs some things, mostly cosmetics: #1 The clearcoat has the all-too-common Civic peeling "syndrome" here and there and the car probably ought to just be re-painted. The center section of the roof already has been painted. #2 The carpet on the driver's side needs a real good cleaning with a wet-vac. #3 The clutch is GREAT but you'll find it is a lot stiffer than most Civic Si clutches. We suspect an extra pressure plate may be the culprit. #4 You'll notice the (matching) tires are nearly brand new - check that off the list of "to do" to this particular car! #5 It has a few "tuner" parts such as the K&N filter and the exhaust doesn't sound stock.
