1997 Chevy S-10 for sale. The vehicle starts, drives and runs. This was a farm truck used for wood hauling and local travel to work. While it's fairly dependable it's in fair-rough condition and has rust, holes and mismatched paint. It has a long bed. This thing is a beater and would be good for someone to have that doesn't mind wrenching on it if need be. The heater works well. The radio works good and it has a good set of speakers behind the seat, all running lights work, turn signals work, wipers work. It will go down the road fine and you can drive it away. There's a cracked windshield that would be optional to replace. It may be a good parts truck or for someone that wants a cheap ride. It's 2 wheel drive, with a non locking rear dif, the exhaust is ok it's not loud, the glass in doors and rear window is good. The transmission works in all gears. It's a gas vehicle. The battery is new. Despite it's appearance it has been maintained with oil changes, basic repairs and such. General impressions: the ABS light goes on and off, there's a slight leak on the rear dif, there's multiple rust spots and holes, the paint job looks rough, there's a small hole in the cab floor by the door, the seat is torn, the thing is fairly dirty, it's got over 230,00 miles on it but it still runs and will get you from a to b. The door needs a good set of bushings or rehinged but it still shuts. There's no tailgate, the battery is new, all the mirrors are there, the glove box opens and shuts, the gauges all work, it stops, the tires are all different brands with varying amounts of wear, it's missing odds and ends and doesn't look the best. What more is there to say besides I don't warranty this truck in any way shape form nor is it implied. I encourage local inspection before bidding or purchase. I do guarantee it will start and drive away, that's where is stops. Sold AS IS no refunds.
