This is a 1984 Jaguar XJ6, powered by a small-block Chevrolet engine. The engine is from a 1986 Corvette, a 5.7L (350 Cubic Inch) with Tuned Port Injection (TPI), and matched with a 700R4 transmission. The swap was professionally done, and is California Smog legal, it has the required BAR sticker. It is cooled by a large radiator with electric fan. The dash has been updated with digital gauges. Within the last 4000 miles I have resurfaced all 4 rotors, and replaced the brake pads, as well as the steering rack, rear end seals, bearings and trailing arm bushings. It runs great, shifts firm, and has a great exhaust note.This is a solid California car, so the floors, trunk and rockers are all solid. The tan interior is in poor shape, so I found a very rare black interior to replace it. It includes very rare Vanden Plas style door panels, an immaculate console and all trim, carpet and padding, with an aftermarket wood style trim kit. The front bucket seats are in pretty good shape as you can see from the pictures, the rear seat has some cracked material and will need to be reupholstered. The car was a daily driver until parked 2 years ago. It runs and drives, but has not been registered since 2014, so there may be fees due if you are a California buyer. As you can see from the pictures, the clearcoat is peeling and the car needs to be repainted. There is some rust below the rear window on both sides, shown in the pictures, and the front passenger window motor does not work, so the window won't roll up. The mileage on the odometer is the mileage since it has been installed, the actual mileage is unknown.
