My beloved bmw project. It is a RED 1983 bmw 320is, original 3 series. It is currently plasti-dipped blue. i have spent a lot of time on this car to make it a beast. The original m10 engine blew up and i replaced with a Toyota engine that they only put in a lexus in japan. It is a blacktop beams 3sge motor that came in a altezza. It is a 2.0L with high compression, titanium valves, and direct injection and rated at 215 hp with 6sp manual. it is a pissed off little car and drives like one.The engine could still use some tuning but it has been good enough for daily driving for a while now. It has a ADAPTRONIC e420d aftermarket computer on it. never been on dyno, just street tuned. It has been a great little engine for the swap. Hasn't leaked a drop of oil or anything. The interior could use work. but a blast to drive. Comes with a extra set of wheels with tires, and also brand new tires i haven't put on yet. The worst spot on the body is a small spot on the passenger side where it looks like the previous owner ran over a rock or something that put a small gash in the rocker on passenger side. floors are in good enough shape, no major holes or rot. The car has been sitting the last month or so, The left rear wheel cylinder has developed a leak, and the tires on the car do have cracking and some dry rot.right rear tire not holding air for more than a day or two. I would not recommend driving it TO FAR. I really feel this car is just ready for someone to take it to the next step, with a possible cage, coilovers, rear disc conversion etc. i'm losing storage on a different project i need room for at my house is why i'm selling.
