It's like going back in time to 1964! ...and this little Impala is a dandy! Beautiful to look at, a blast to drive! Engine is GM's popular 283 V8 matched to GM's automatic transmission. Both engine and transmission run and operate flawlessly. This car starts easy, is dependable and fun to drive. It is equipped with power steering, but no power brakes. Older restoration done in 2002-2003. Only driven a couple of hundred miles since the restoration was done due to health issues. The interior is original and in amazing condition! Probably because the original owner installed the ugly clear plastic covers. They have since been removed. All the glass is good and windows work as they should. All window and door seals are in good condition as well. All gauges, horn, wipers work great. There are cracks in the dash pad and the heater core needs a little attention. It never bothered the the father of my friends, he never drove it when it was really cold anyway! It does come with two complete sets of wheel covers. The spinners won't fit with the rear fender skirts installed. As you can judge by the pictures, the paint, body, interior and engine bay all show well. I forgot to get trunk pictures but will have some in a day or two. Odometer reads 33, 255, the odometer works fine, but we cannot guarantee mileage to be true or correct. Tires are 205/75/R14 and show very little wear. I would feel very comfortable if the perspective buyer came and inspected this car, and/or sent a professional inspector to do so.
