Low mileage CB750 K5offering for sale my CB750, She's not perfect, but she has the potential! I bought this from a friend about a year ago. He had picked it up from the original owner who no longer rides! The bike has had an upgraded electronic ignition system! (notice the red coil wires)As far as I can tell, it was mounted just like the original, but since it was after market with higher output coils,the mfg. made them red. The tank and side covers have been repainted in the old school way. First a base coat of silver, than several coats of a candy apple red.You may want to notice however that the tank decals are not original, but rather a combination of black paint surrounded with pinstripe tape. (they look great, but just wanted you to know,)The side covers have decals also, not badges. All that been said, she runs great, she rides great.She starts right up in a heart beat. Rear tire is new, front tire is excellent.Everything works, all lights etc. except that the horn just recently got tired and stopped. (at least those are easy to find) So, my intentions were to keep her, but I am undergoing shoulder surgery in a couple of weeks, and need to raise some cash. If I were to keep it, my next act would have been to polish the engine. After that I would try to buy this lady some cleaner patina free shiny parts.
