2000 Saleen S281SC Convertible - only 8800 original miles!! Up for auction is my beautiful 2000 Saleen S281SC convertible. This car has traveled only 8800 (eighty eight hundred) documented miles since new. According to Saleen, this Sunburst Gold exterior / dark charcoal interior convertible with black graphics was manufactured with the following options: supercharger, floor mats, tire upgrade w/10" rear wheels, chrome wheels, sport bar, Ford leather and black top. Their records also indicate that this Saleen is 1 of 1 with these exact colors and options. This is a supercharged 5-speed manual transmission car and was assembled in the Irvine California Saleen factory. This is a very rare color with super-low miles. You will have a difficult time finding another with this kind of low, low mileage and in this wonderful condition. It comes with both the Ford top boot and the Saleen SOFT boot that covers the back seat and convertible top when down (see photos). This has been a pampered and meticulously cared for part of my small car collection and spent winters in my heated garage. All gauges, lights, air conditioning, heater, everything work perfectly. I installed new Michelin Pilot tires about 2000 miles ago and also replaced the Saleen wheel center caps with N.O.S. Saleen pieces. This car is being sold as-is with no warranty or guarantees.
