We are selling our Beautiful 1987 Oldsmobile 442 that we love. This is a well cared for 442 from New Jersey that we bought last year after I sold my Chevelle SS conv. I need to get money together to finish my Roadrunner Convertible, so we will try to sell this. We enjoyed driving and tinkering with this car, just cant keep them all. We were told by the last owner that the engine and trans were rebuilt and the car runs fantastic so I believe that to be true. These cars were not big power makers but this one has plenty of traffic zip and shifts very firm. The interior is in great shape and smells fantastic, a true pleasure to drive. the 442 has many new parts like 4 tires 4 shocks brakes etc. the car rides, steers and stops very firm, if you can test drive it you will be sold. Power Sunroof has been cleaned and serviced and work smoothly with no leaks. The door seals have been replaced also. The car has been painted sometime in its life and they did a very good job as the paint shines real good, not a perfect show car, its showing some age and a couple touch ups but it looks good in our driveway and will look great in yours. This car has a bunch of options like Fiber Optics , Power Sunroof, Power Antenna, Power Windows, Power Drivers Seat, and in my opinion the best color combo, Burgundy and Burgundy. I was told the Power Sunroof is one of 500 made. Do your research to verify but sounds right to me. The T handle for the shifter is broke so we ordered a brand new one from Ebay for $110. it should be here and installed before car sells. There are new front signal lights just installed too, like I said we are tinkering with it. This is an old car so there is obviously no warranty, but you could drive this car anywhere with no worries.
