Real 340 Duster as per data tag Real 4 Speed Duster as per data tag The 340 is simply stunning to drive and can be simply described as NASTY. It was rebuilt in 2011 with a mild cam improvement. It is solid and strong and was given a fresh service and tune in 2016. As per the 340 Small Blocks reputation this one will red line in a heartbeat when asked. Of course, we had to try it ONCE! The 4 Speed Transmission shifts smooth and firm. The clutch was replaced in 2016. Power Disc Brakes Headers with Dual Exhaust for a great rumble The Exterior Paint is very presentable as is the stripe package! The Exterior Trim is mostly original to the car with some pieces showing some age particularly the Door Handles. The Bumpers have both been replated and like new. The Glass is in good condition Correct Rally Wheels on BFG Tires LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA AND PICTURES WERE TAKEN ON MARCH 16,2017 Selling NO RESERVE! The Interior is a combination of original and replacement materials. The Seats are like new. The carpet and headliner are very presentable. The Door Panels are in nice shape except for the trim along the top...which has slight cracking and the interior door handles which have lost their finish. The dash cluster and face is what we would say are the weakest area which have some trim missing and a few drill holes which were undoubtably due to some after market gauges installed at some point. The original seat belts along the roof line are badly faded from the sun. The Dash Pad does not have a crack and is like new. The Radio does seem to work along with the temp gauge. Some easy issues to tidy up which would take the Interior to the same level as the balance of the car. The Chassis as you can see is Original, solid and just has the expected dry patina. The floor pans are solid....find another example like this outside of California. The Engine Compartment is very clean and tidy showing pride of ownership and maintenance. Overall this dry California Factory numbers matching 340 4 Speed Duster has a great look, stance, rumble and backs it up with performance. It will never embarrass you when challenged at a street light and according to the owner has always been a strong and reliable.
