I bought this truck about 2 years ago. It has been a great truck and will pull anything you hook it up to! My needs have changed though, and it's more truck than I need, so I have decided to let it go to someone who can get more use out of it and use it to it's potential. When I bought the truck, It had been in an accident. There was very little body damage. The only body panels I had to replace was the hood, front bumper and grill with new take off parts. It looked like someone had hit a tree in the front just right of center. The reason for the salvage title was that it took most of the hit right on the frame rail. The front of the frame rail was bent in the accident. I am a Ford Senior Master tech with 30 years of experience. I had been looking for a truck like this for a long time because it needed mostly labor and not much in parts. I found a good used frame from another truck that had a cab fire. There was no damage to the frame at all. I pulled the cab, fenders and hood as an assembly, pulled the bed, pulled the engine, trans and transfer case together and swapped it and everything else to the new frame. I have put over 13k miles on the truck since the repair and it has been trouble free! Everything works as it should and the truck runs and drives great! It has the normal small scratches and dings you would expect for a 2011 but is still a great looking truck! It is very well optioned with heated and cooled seats, dual climate control, power fold and extendable mirrors, 4X4 and the awesome 6.7 powerstroke! The only thing it will need is a set of tires soon.
