For parts or restore. The engine is locked up on this bike. Right side engine cover is broken. i believe the bike is mostly there. There is NO title for this bike but it has been checked by the police to make sure it wasn't stolen. Inside tank has some surface rust but cleanable. Decent tires. Rip in seat. Crack in front fender.
