FOR SALE BY OWNER! 2009 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ. I am the original owner and this vehicle was purchased new in 2010. It has about 54,500 miles and is in excellent condition both inside and outside. It has been babied and always garaged, well maintained and has no issues, mechanical or physical. The tires have been replaced in the past year and the brakes were replaced in the past 12 months so they are all in great shape. I am including an additional set of brand new brake pads for both axles since I was going to replace them myself but let the GM dealer handle it instead. You will also notice that Weathertech floor liners are included in both the front and back seat area. You won't find a nicer Avalanche on eBay! This truck is LOADED! Power EVERYTHING! It is the LTZ model and also features the rear seat entertainment system with CD/DVD player (DVD flip down video screen for rear passengers) -- the headphones/remote/etc. are still in the original box and have never been used, power sliding sun roof, fully integrated navigation system with touch screen, and rear view camera system with sensor alerts. This also has heated and COOLED front seats. Everything is in full leather. The wheels are also factory upgrades and are 20" chrome clad -- you don't see this upgraded wheel often! It also includes the heavy-duty trailering package with an engine oil cooler and H.D. transmission oil cooler, however, this vehicle was never used to tow anything. This is a flex-fuel vehicle compatible with E85, however, I have only used gasoline. I will make the clean Carfax is available for interested buyers. I am also including a GeekPro 2.0 dash cam that is mounted to the top of the windshield. There is also a K&N upgrade to the air filter.
