For sale a very rare 1983 Zimmer Golden Spirit Convertible, only a few convertibles were built, most of them are Coupe. Built by Zimmer Motor Cars in Pompano Beach Florida, Neoclassic cars that resemble the Duesenberg automobiles that were built in Auburn Indiana.The Zimmer Motor Cars are still in business, I guess the company moved to NY, a new Zimmer Convertible would cost around $ 240,000 these days..... you can google them and find out. Vehicle was first sold in 1984 for $ 78,650..... A lot of new things were aded in the recent past, New Carburetor, New Fuel pump, New Distributor , spark plugs and new wires as well, New Starter, New Catalytic Converters ...etc. The car drives fantastic, very big and massive Neoclassic vehicle, draws attention like no other, especially with the Convertible top down. Air Conditioning and heat in good working order, the engine compartment is pretty big to accommodate the big V8 Ford Mustang engine. Car was repainted a few years ago, paint is still very nice but not new, a few minor flaws and minor imperfections are present. Chrome is in fantastic condition all over, very shiny bumpers, grill, lights, super nice wire wheels with like new white wall radial tires, very expensive custom made tire brand, Convertible top was redone a few years ago and also the trunk was padded with the same canvas to match the top. Black leather Recaro comfortable seats, rear leather bench in very good condition, black carpet in good condition, Custom made Floor mats with Zimmer logo embroidered.....Spot lights, Cowl Lights, all in working condition, Nice supercharged pipes and Beautiful Eagle Hood ornament ..... and a lot of other cool things on this Black Beauty, I had a few Zimmer cars before but this is the first convertible, as I've mentioned, the convertibles are super hard to find, there are 2 Convertible Zimmer for sale on Hemming's right now, one is $ 35,000 and the other one is $ 40,000.......figure it out ...... if you were looking for something like this don't let this one go, it will be impossible to find another one for this reasonable price, not new or perfect, but again, a super rare convertible Zimmer. Vehicle comes with a convertible top booth, some literature, nice JVC CD player with remote control and also Clear California Title.
