Vehicle Detail
This Range rover is perfectly maintained and runs very strong. The height of Luxury for a bargain price:-) Seriously, I have flawlessly maintained this vehicle. It includes some after market upgrades:- N6 Dynavin GPS/NAV/Bluetooth/Stereo. You can look up the features (dynavin.com/products/n6_e39) of the N6 Dynavin, but it interfaces perfectly with the OEM Harman Kardon premium speaker system and steering controls. It has a kicking system with all the modern bells and whistles, better than the 2011 premium system. The stock head unit that I replaced is absolute crap, the speakers are great in the premium luxury package, but the head unit actually has a cassette player and a horrible CD unit, the sound is just not there. This upgrade is a huge deal. Cost is easily in the 3k for the upgrade. The stock GPS is unusable. If you get a 2003-2005 RR you are going to want a new headunit/GPS. Don't bother buying one without the upgrade or you will regret it.- Set 2011 Range Rover SC OEM premium wheels - Custom OEM Leather and Walnut Steering Wheel- Titanium molding above the license plate to match the color of the insignia, for some reason the stock models didn't match the color. Some major regular maintenance items you will not have to deal would be: - Remanufactured transmission, she should be good to over 200k- New front seat base covers, they are brand new- Recent recondition of the leather interior- New passenger side cup holder, if you know RR you know they stock working- Recent replacement of all front end bushings, normal maintenance. the baby drives like new- Replaced the HVAC blower motor, normal maintenance for a car with this mileage. - Replaced the driver door panel, this year had the handle that crumpled up.- New headliner, as RR's age you can get a headliner that sags.- Replaced power door locks, they fail as the mileage gets up there.- New Windshield Cowl Vent. They start to turn grey as the age and really need to be replaced at about 100k. I just put a new one in last week for the sale. There are no warning lights and it runs perfectly. Don't be scared by the above list, these are all the issues you will have with a Range Rover between 100k-150k. Good news, you won't have these issues with this one. If you go with another one at book value of 6-7k you could be staring down spending another 10k-12k that will hit you within 30k miles. For instance the AC Blower motor goes out between 130k-150k miles and costs $2500 if you can find a mechanic to do the work. The transmission is easily $6k and usually will go in 100k-150k range. I have about 15k into this taking care of the major items that hit you. I am an expert in the L322 Range Rover and I am telling you this is the one you want, it is like getting a 2004 for 50k-60k miles on it. All other regular maintenance are up to date and I can send the contact info for the shop that performed all the maintenance, he will also give you the low down on the condition of the vehicle mechanically. Cosmetically, the car is in great shape, there are some signs that she is showing her age. Some cracking on the drivers seat, see picture. A few road chips on the front bumper, and a few other items that are consistent with a car of this mileage and age. She is definitely a standout. The car is loaded with options, I can't think of anything she does not have. I love this car and so will you! If you want more pictures let me know. Hate to let it go but I bought a 2011 RR Supercharged. Beware: When looking at 2003-2005 Range Rovers, you will notice that the seat base covers and drivers side door panel are often not in the photos, this is almost certainly because they need to be replaced. (Note: The accident that is reported on the CarFax was very minor. While the car was parked, someone scraped the rear bumper at the left corner. I had the whole bumper professionally replaced rather than trying to repair the scratch and match the paint. There are no structural issues as it was a no impact event. I don't know why the report is inaccurate, it has never been towed) On Jan-04-17 at 12:20:54 PST, seller added the following information: SAVE MONEY ON SHIPPING! uShip is the first and largest auction style marketplace for shipping and transportation services.
