The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2009 VW Passat Sedan in Reflex Silver with 107,024 miles. There has been only one owner since new, who was our business accountant. We have known and performed maintenance service on this car since it was new, and it was traded it in for a brand new Passat. This vehicle has been well treated and maintained, and is in great condition. It has never been in an accident or had any body damage. Some of the additional features in this Passat include the Power Sunroof, Gray Leatherette Interior, Power & Heated Seats, Tilt/Telescopic Steering Column, Side Airbags and Curtains in the Front and Rear, etc. All of the power equipment and convenience options in this Volkswagen have been checked and tested and everything is working properly. This Passat runs and drives beautifully. The 2.0L turbo engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts very nicely. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The tires are showing most of their tread, and the brake pads are in excellent condition. The oil and filter and the air filter were replaced this week. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this Passat is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The exterior of this Jetta looks terrific. The Reflex Silver finish is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. There are only a few nicks or minor imperfections on the body of this car. There aren't any body dents or scratches, and there isn't any rust at all. The undercarriage is also clean and in excellent condition. All exterior trim is in excellent condition, and the alloy wheels are bright and clean. The interior has been very well maintained and is in terrific condition. All of the seats are soft, supple and clean. The carpeting is clean and in excellent condition throughout this car without any damage. There aren't any holes or wear damage on any of the seats or carpeting. All of the interior trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in great condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. We have the clear title in hand and the history report is clean. This Volkswagen is in excellent condition and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this Passat anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
