Vehicle Detail
This 1972 Pontiac GTO has been beautifully restored and well maintained. With only 3500 miles since restoration, you can see the detail that has gone into this build. The color has been changed to represent the only true color that represents The Judge of the 70's, Orbit Orange.(car Originally Brittany Beige) and the paint is a 10. This also included all of the weatherstrips throughout the car. The Original, numbers matching, engine was completely gone through only 3500 miles ago and transmission has been upgraded to a 700R4 overdrive complete with Shiftworks conversion shifter. The radiator was also upgraded for better cooling performance. Along with all of these modifications, the car has Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Air Conditioning and AM/FM/Cassette. I also have the Original Window Sticker and books. The car has always been garaged and well maintained and sits on a new set of BFG's. The interior received a complete makeover including(1) Molded carpet (1) Under carpet sound deadener kit (2) Door sill plates "Body by Fisher" ribbed original style (1) Complete set of seat upholstery (2) Bucket seatback/lower base chrome tubing (pair, ’66-72 only) (2) front door panels (left and right) (2) rear panels (left and right) (1) Door panel/rear side panel water shields (set) (2) Door lock knobs and ferrules (1) Door panel water shields set (2) Upper door jamb end caps (1) Door jamb seal stripping (1) Headliner (includes sail panel and visor material) (1) Headliner seal strips and end caps (1) Dome lamp lens (1) Dome lamp base (1) Standard rear seat shelf (1) Rear seat shelf/jute insulation kit (2) Front armrest pads (pair) (2) Front armrest bases (pair) and new dash pad and console to change the complete interior from Saddle to Black. You wont find a better condition 72 GTO and of course it is all original sheet metal and no rust. This is a 2 owner car originally from Mississippi, so the car has always been in the south.
