Vehicle Detail

This car is sold as-is, there are no warranties, and no return accepted. Title in hand. Cash only.PLEASE READ IT ALL, IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ANSWERS ARE BELOW OR IN THE PICTURES :-)The car is parked 0.3 miles from my local mechanic: he has different scenarios from $1,000 to $1,800 with engine warranty from 1 to 5 years.I bought this car with 7,000 miles on it in 2004.I have all maintenance records since that time (picture).Kbb says that running this car is worth $3k and more to a private party, so there's room in the budget for repairs. The summary*:My trusted mechanic who told me the timing belt fell off (didn't break), and at very least need a new cylinder head (and maybe some related parts) or you can drop a new engineIn the last couple of years I had changed the battery, wheels, tires, catalytic converter, water pump, and timing belt (1.5 year ago and 15k ago - unfortunately warrantied only 1yr/12k)...even just got a replacement remote. But I am not getting a new car, I'll try zipcar/uber for a bit.The interior is spotless. The exterior has a few scratches, but nothing worth talking about (snow shovel scratches mostly). So to be clear: 1) the car DOES NOT turn on (the dashboard does, but not the engine)2) the key rubs a bit when getting in ignition, it takes a few tries on bad days3) the key rubs in bit in the trunk key hole, but you can open from driver seat4) Transmission is MANUALGood points:5) Battery is 1yr into the 5 year warranty with Firestone6) Quick struts are recent7) Wheel lock8) Original interior rugs with Civic logo9) tires with about 15k on them: sized up to 195/60R15 M+S (front are SDL60A and back Touring SE). I even have a 5th wheel and tire, but I am but sure it what shape.10) Double airbag, serviced by honda during service recall11) Full maintenance records, I have followed the manufacturer schedule to a TThe car can be seen outside of work hours if needed.*The whole story for the more mechanically inclined buyers:This summer, my engine light came on and autozone said cylinder 2 was misfiring.I filled up my tank with gas, and the light didn't come back on so I thought it was just bad gas.A month later, the light came back on, and after being stuck in traffic for 2h, I parked my car at a store, and coming back out it wouldn't start. I put fuel injector fluid and let the engine cool off.It started again after 10minutes. I turned in on 2h later, just to check, no problem.I left my friend's house another 2h later, and took the highway to get back home 30min away. The engine just stopped running 2 miles from home in the middle of the highway. It wouldn't turn back on and I got towed.
