For sale, a hard to find Low mileage Supercharged 5.0, Rare collectible hard to find, 1992 Summer Edition Mustang LX 5 speed manual in absolutely fabulous condition. Only 2,193 total units were built with only 787 of those being manuals , which make this Mustang very special and rather hard to find as opposed to automatics. The original owner, a physician purchased the Mustang and before being driven was delivered to the Service Deparment at McCoy Motor Co in Rising Sun MD where $ 10,063.60 dollars of performance parts were installed (Original receipt included). I have most of the receipts from the day it was purchased new, including Dealer packet/folder which includes invoices as well as the original keys and key tag! The Dealer folder included is filled with many service receipts, as well as parts purchased thru the years. Some of these performance upgrades installed when the vehicle was new include the following: Vortech V1 supercharger, Ford SVO aluminum heads, X-303 camshaft, GT 40 intake, 3.73 ring and pinion, headers, 24lbs injectors, 93 Cobra computer, Pro M 77mm high flow MAF sensor, high volume Motorsport oil pump, high flow cats, Aluminum roller rocker arms, Ford Motorsport B lowering springs, and much more. The Mustang has 57k and it shows, performance as can be expected is outstanding, and not for the inexperienced and or new driver. the T5 transmission with Hurst short throw shifter goes thru the gears perfectly, no grinding of jumping out of gear. This Mustang has always been garage kept, adult owned and led a pampered life. This is not a strip car, but a street/weekend cruiser to take out the wife or friends. Mechanically it needs nothing, motor runs very strong, brakes work as they should, currently running Mobil 1 oil,recently purchased a Mishimoto radiator with a lifetime warranty, and converted the A/C system to R-134, which works as new. Top is 6 months new and spotless, and interior speaks for itself, no tears or broken trim, top works as it should. Body is in great condition, but this car is not a trailer queen so it does have some very minor dents, one which is on the left fender, looks like someone used the wrong jacking point (picture included) and caused the lower fender to bow in at the bottom of the fender an easy fix, and some very minor scratches which cannot be captured in the camera pics. Everything but power locks works as it should, needs nothing just a loving owner that appreciates unique Fox body Mustangs. I am in the process of purchasing a new home, and have lost storage space. Reserve price in very reasonable for a Mustang of this caliber. Paint as I was told by previous owner is all original except for the rear bumper cover which was damaged when someone in a parking lot bumped the rear bumper cover and it was replaced with an original(Genuine) Ford bumper cover. Currently Mustang has aftermarket stereo/ CD player, but I have both the original radio and equalizer. This is a very special vehicle which I hope goes to a loving home which can appreciate Fox mustang which seem to be appreciating upwards in price yearly ! New mustang GT stickers over 40k, and will depreciate rather quickly, this Mustang on the other hand should appreciate if the past is any indication.
