Offered in this listing is a rare 1948 STUDEBAKER M15A pickup. Having only a few hundred miles on the restoration, this M15A is an all matching-numbered example and received a nut and bolt, off-frame, professional, concours restoration i.a.w. the factory build sheet (included in the sale) with, but not limited to, the factory original paint color and interior color. The restoration also included a complete engine rebuild. It is simply the finest and most documented example existing. The M15A pickup has the same body (cab, fenders, hood etc.) as the M5, but has a longer bed, much stouter suspension and brakes, and the desirable hefty "BUDD" wheels. This M15A was a one family-owned pickup for 65 years and started its life on a farm in Minnesota. Vintage photos of the original farmer/owner are included in the sale. Also included are restoration photos, the factory build sheet, factory tool kit and jack, factory service apron, factory parts and service manuals, factory brochures, factory data documents, 1948 Minnesota road map, and much more! All of these documents and photos are included in an album that is included with the sale. Only a few hundred break-in miles on the restoration. Mint, concours condition and to keep it this way, it comes with one of the best custom-made, soft-lined vehicle covers. Accepted and shown at the Carmel Concours on the Avenue during the big historic car week. A photo of this pickup at this event with one of the Studebaker grandsons is included in the sale. This M15A could not possibly be duplicated at the asking price. This is my own vehicle with the clear and clean title in my name.
