The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a beautiful looking 1995 Ford Probe GT 5-Speed with 139,775 miles. This Probe runs very well and it drives very great. The 24-Valve V6 engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts crisply and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The owner installed a complete set of matching tires recently which are showing most of their tread and the brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. The oil and filter and the air filter have been freshly replaced. Except for the power antenna, all of the power equipment has been tested and is working including the air conditioning. This is an excellent running Probe that should provide great service for many years to come. The exterior of this Probe looks terrific. The "Graphite Nightmist Pearl" finish is glossy and clean over the entire body with nothing other than some nicks and dings, and a scrub mark on the lower corner of the rear bumper that has already been touched up. There aren't any other dents or scratches. There isn’t any body rust and the undercarriage is also clean. The alloy wheels are bright and clean. The interior of this Probe has been very well maintained and is in great condition. All leather surfaces are soft and supple. There is only minor wear on the front seats and there is a small cut on the left driver bolster. All carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact and in great condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside. The history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and we have the clear title in hand. This is a very nice sporty little car that is very economical to own and operate, and I wouldn't hesitate to drive this Probe anywhere in the country. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
