Selling my 1970 Karmann Ghia Convertible so I can fund my other project. Car has a reconstructed title which I believe was the result of an engine fire sometime in its long life. Everything electrical works on the car and it runs excellent. Recently passed DE state inspection. Overall, the body in nice condition and looks very presentable. The nose is solid and has never been hit. The floors having been patched and the rockers replaced. Interior is in fair condition. The original dash face has a few cracks. The bumpers have been painted silver. The convertible top is in excellent condition with no damage. The engine has a later model motor (AJ) which I think is from a late 74 beetle), also has “J” pipes. The motor has the usual oil leaks. Needs lots of little odds and ends, and with a little time and money, this could be a real nice ghia. Drive while you restore. The ghia is being sold as is! NO RESERVE!
