I was out driving this BEAUTY today taking the pictures and I felt like I was looking at and driving a BRAND NEW 1956 Beetle !! We have been asked to sell this Bug for the local Boise, Idaho 65 year old owner who told us he has spent more than $22,000.00 just in parts restoring this STUNNING "OVAL" Beetle !! The current owner rescued this never wrecked Beetle in 2011 from the barn of a friend as noted in three photos below that show the condition it was found the day it arrived at its new home. Over $22,000.00 and many, many hours have been spent on the four year restoration / custom build of this AWESOME little Beetle and boy does it show! It has only been driven 43 miles since the meticulous 4 year restoration was completed in 2015 and as you can clearly see in the pictures and video this was his pride and joy for sure !! This little Beetle is ready to drive anywhere !! What a find ! Any Bug enthusiast would be pleased to own this BEAUTY. It still retains it's - FACTORY ORIGINAL - transmission tunnel VIN stamp and it's - FACTORY ORIGINAL - front trunk cowl mounted Volkswagen data plates, both of which are shown in several pictures below. I drove this BEAUTY as my every-day driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can assure you this car runs and drives very well. It has great power and also does well on the freeway at modern highway speeds. We have been asked to sell this Bug for the local Boise, Idaho 65 year old owner who told us he has spent more than $22,000.00 just in parts restoring this STUNNING "OVAL" Beetle !! The current owner rescued this never wrecked Beetle in 2011 from the barn of a friend as noted in three photos below that show the condition it was found the day it arrived at its new home. Over $22,000.00 and many, many hours have been spent on the four year restoration / custom build of this AWESOME little Beetle and boy does it show! It has only been driven 43 miles since the meticulous 4 year restoration was completed in 2015 and as you can clearly see in the pictures and video this was his pride and joy for sure !!
