Up for sale is a very cool 1955 Chevrolet Belair 2 door Hardtop/Sports coupe. This Chevy is of great driver quality. This car is for the guy who wants to have a good looking above average driver car.This is not a numbers matching car. So if you are looking for the perfect numbers correct engine and perfect show car this car is not for you. This is a darn nice driving drivers car.. You can be proud of it as is and will love it when you see it. Thumbs up from almost everyone looking at you. The bumpers are newer with bumperettes. Most chrome looks very good. Replaced all rubber seals from front to back and window felts. The interior has been redone and looks very nice. New carpet and seat coverings and the dash is in very nice shape. The car starts up and purrs like a classic car should. The car runs and drives excellent. Doesn't pull when you stop and drives straight as an arrow down the highway. You can drive this old girl anywhere. The car does not run hot and the temperature gauge works and the gas gauge also works as well as everything except the radio. Very cool 55 Chevy. The 283 engine has rebuilt and idles great with no knocks or rattles. Drives great.. The front end was also rebuilt with new bushing and brakes. I currently have a clear Iowa title in hand. No loans on the Chevy so the title is with me. The 55 Chevy is located in Waterloo, Iowa. I have the right to end this auction early because its For sale locally.
