A One Owner Suburban is a rare find, let alone a ¾ ton, 1996, Big Block, Black Suburban fully serviced, in this condition. This 8 passenger decked out 4x4 is completely RUST FREE & comes with a factory original all black paint scheme. This truck has many of the factory options including tinted glass, remote entry, 6 way power drivers seat, leather interior, 3rd row seating, rear heat & A/C, factory tow package, HD Aux. Trans Cooling System, 4:10 L/S Positraction, 4l80e Transmission, Heavy Duty Front & Rear Springs, 105 Amp Alternator, 4X4 on the fly with 8600 GVW 3/4 ton suspension and drive train. This truck was owned by one family since it was new, it was the vacation getaway vehicle, so it has seen very few winter seasons as the undercarriage testifies to that. I have a full history of recent maintenance and all of the current service records as well as a clean Carfax with only 1 minor accident in 2014. With 1 test drive, you'll fall in love with this truck and it will be obvious that it has been very well cared for over the years. It's rock solid. Recently serviced with current records in preparation for this sale, all of the service is outlined below. Each of the factory features of the truck work perfectly including the 4x4 on the fly, power drivers seat, ice cold front A/C, rear heat, power windows, cruise, power door locks, keyless entry, factory radio with cassette, & CD. Upgrades include, ceramic brakes Load Range "E" Tires 245/75/16, all new LED interior lighting, super bright Headlamps, and K&N Air filter. This low mileage truck runs as beautifully as it looks. The actual truck will be video taped and posted during the auction for your final review. Condition: This Suburban looks, feels & drives like a new truck. It drives straight, stops straight and hums down the freeway with no issue at 80+ MPH. If you need to drive that fast I have had my ASE certified mechanic go through the truck and inspect the truck to make sure all service is current and there are no safety concerns. No Clunks, no noises, starts without hesitation, motor is exceptionally strong. The engine and trans run perfectly & have plenty of power to tow just about anything you can throw at it. The transmission pulls and shifts smoothly with no vibration and no slipping and moves perfectly through all gears. The big block 7.4L motor is solid clean and powerful. There are no leaks on this motor. The interior is exceptional for a truck of this vintage with no rips or tears in the leather. All of the seating areas are in excellent condition. As you can see in the pictures, the paint & clear coat is very nice w/minor imperfections on the hood and rear barn doors. Everything in the truck works perfectly as it should. The A/C works perfectly, front A/C blows ice cold, the rear A/C was blocked off, even with the truck fully loaded, your rear passengers will be comfortable. With the high efficiency compressor we installed the truck is very comfortable, even in the hottest weather. That said, however if you want the rear A/C functional, we can accommodate that upon negotiating a price. This truck is ready to drive anywhere, in any weather and has a clean documented history & original low mileage. If you have been looking for a ¾ ton Suburban, you understand that these trucks are very hard to find in this condition with original mileage, let alone with a nice clean body, a mint interior and a complete up to date documented service. It does have some signs of age and minor imperfections as noted here. Small nicks and some scratches as well as some chips, typical for a 20 year old truck. Also, some touch ups on paint. There are a few stains in the rear cargo area. But they are minor. The Carfax does show 1 accident, however, only a wheel was damaged and a long scrape on the upper quarter panel. No body damage, or frame issues occurred. Personal Note: These trucks are very strong and durable, easy to maintain and with good care and service will run for hundreds of thousands of miles. I restore the trucks over time while I drive them, it's great for my family as we are a family of 6 now and need the space. The restoration process is fun for me and the family.
