1955 Chevy 2dr 210 post, this is a running project I got the car from a guy that moved here from TX he passed away and the car was sitting in his yard and had not run for years. I got it home and put a new battier in and she turned over, I used a gas can to start it because the tank had rust inside. The motor started right up, sounds good no funny noise it hold good oil pressure but will need a good tune up, it still has the old points. I replaced the gas tank and put a electric fuel pump in. The car has power steering and power front disc brakes. The steering column is tilt from a late model Buick. The interior is still in good shape for a driver. The body is in great shape with very little rust, has some on inner rocker and rear brace and the bottom of the spare tire holder in the trunk. The outside of the body is strait but needs a paint job. It does have some dings but overall very good shape. I do not have the side stainless just whats in the pictures. The brakes are working but will need to be bleed. The glass is all there but has a small crack on drives side rear window and passenger door. The interior garnish moldings are all chromed and should clean up nice. This is a running project that with some T.L.C will make a real nice car. I'm open to offers but will not give it away it's hard to find a good TX body that's not all rusted out or full of bondo. If you have any question please feel free to call me at 813-478-3449.
