THE CALIFORNIA DMV HAS THIS SCOOTER IN THE SYSTEM AS NOT REGISTERABLE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA!!!! A VEHICLE IN CALIFORNIA HAS TO HAVE 7500 MILES OR MORE! THIS ONE HAS NOT AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE REGISTERED!!!!!!!! DON'T THINK YOU CAN RIDE IT OR ELSE!!!!!! HAS TO BE TRUCKED OUT OF CALIFORNIA. To export a vehicle out of the US to a foreign country, a Title is required! Make sure, you are aware of this! It runs and drives good. It is in rough condition, not sure what the previous owner did with it. Almost every plastic panel is broken and some missing. The battery is brand new.
