Up for Aution is this 1972 Chevelle, California Car .This car is offer with NO RESERVE.When I bought the car all the body and paint was done by the previous owner,saying that the trunk and lid was not prepped well and needs to be prepped and re-painted.Their is also some oxidation showing on some parts of the car.The car has really small paint chips in some parts of the car and bubbling on the bottom driver front fender please see pictures.The floor panels are solid with no signs of rust.The trunk floor is rusted and would need to be replaced other then that the car is solid.The car currently has a GM Crate Motor 350.I also have the Original 350 engine of the car with matching numbers that would go with the car if the winning bidder would like it.The automatic transmission has also been rebuilt by the previous owner.The car has a 4bbl,sway bar and is equipped with P/S P/B (front disk) A/C,clock not working and also has a set of 4 brand new BFgoodrich tires.The interior is in great shape but note that there is one small tear on the driver and passenger side seats see pictures please,other than that the interior is in good shape.The car also drives and runs great and starts right up.Car has tons of power but stays nice and cool(under-180)when cruising on the highway at 80-85 mph.I have not had this car on a dyno, but would estimate it's putting out roughly 325-335 horsepower.Unfortunately the car lost its built sheet decades ago and as any Chevelle people know,proving that a Chevelle is a real SS is impossible without the built sheet.I bought the car as a SS because I felt comfortable given the person I was buying it from and the history they presented with the car.However without the built sheet,I'm selling the car for the price as a nice tribute SS.
