The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Beautiful Black 2009 Corvette Z06 with 71,066 miles. This Corvette is equipped with the 2LT package, which includes navigation, heated leather power seats w/ memory, heads-up display, power telescopic & tilt steering wheel etc. We don't have the navigation disk, but all other power equipment in this car has been checked and tested, and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. This car has a reconstructed title. I don't know the history except that it was owned for the past few years by a friend on mine who worked for Contemporary Vette, which is the east coast Mecca for all things Corvette. They get in lots of salvage title cars with very little damage, which was why he kept this one. I have been around and have driven this car multiple times and have never known this Corvette to have any issues. The title for this car has been restored and can be registered in any state, just like any other vehicle. The Black exterior looks absolutely beautiful. The paint is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body. There aren't any noticeable body flaws at all. There aren't any scratches, scrapes, cracks, obvious repairs, or other damage. The body is very straight and clean, and all body lines are excellent. The alloy wheels look just about perfect. There are only a few edge nicks on one wheel, but none of them have corrosion or oxidation. The interior has been very well maintained and is crisp and clean. The leather seats are soft and supple. The carpeting is fluffy, clean and in excellent condition. All interior trim pieces are tight and intact without any damage. There aren't any smoke odors, burn marks or other odors inside this car. As would be expected of a Z06, this car runs awesome. This Corvette is unmodified except for cold air induction. We put this car up on the lift for maintenance service and to inspect the underside. The undercarriage is pristine. It's not scraped or scarred, and I don't see any evidence of previous damage or repairs. The clutch and all spark plugs were replaced less than 2000 miles ago, and the a fresh Mobil 1 oil change was completed last week. This Corvette is ready for immediate pickup and use. I wouldn't hesitate to jump in and drive this Z06 anywhere in the country. In fact, I would love to do just that. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
