Vehicle Detail

1966 VW Bug With 42k original miles One of the cleanest and most original Bahama Blue Bug NO RUST AT ALL ALL ORIGINAL PAINT This little bug is a gem, waiting on someone to enjoy. Runs and drives like a champ, made a 3 hr trip with one stop at 60mph with no problem. And got very good gas mileage, not that it matters. All new brakes on 4 corners. Stops more like a newer car then an old bug. Does not pull, stays straight as I displayed in one of the videos. From 40mph to 0 in no time and with one hand on the wheel while driving. Still has drum brakes but stops as good as new. The wheels were powder coated some time ago. It helps keep the wheels nice and clean and looks awesome. After the powder coating, the wheels got a nice set of quality white walls. They look great and drive like a Cadillac, maybe better. Engine purrs, starts right up every time. Runs like a rebuilt but actually never been apart. As original as possible but sounds like it did when it was new. Idles perfect and stays nice and cool, just drove a 3hr trip and it loved it and never even hiccuped. Transmission shift like butter, its a 4 speed but still does 60mph on the freeway without wanting to blow up. Interior is very original, I don't think its had anything replaced. Its not a show interior, its one that stood the text of time and shows a little wear here and there. Still very nice, uncut dash and everything works. Dome light needs a bulb?? The fuel gauge works but in my opinion its not accurate. When it gets to a 1/4 tank I fill up. When looking in the wheel wells and underneath I am very surprised at how nice and clean it is. The paint in the wheel wells is nice, not even surface rust. Maybe the old man who owned it never drove it in the rain, only way I can see it staying this nice. Definitely NO RUST OR BONDO WORK. The pan is dirty but if cleaned would show very nice. ALL AROUND AN AMAZING BUG, SOMETHING YOU CAN ENJOY AS IS. THINGS THAT IT MAY NEED DEPENDING ON YOU -SMALL CHIP ON THE ORIGINAL WINDSHIELD -RADIO IS ORIGINAL BUT NO SOUNDS?? -ORIGINAL CARPET IS SHOWING AGE -HEAD LINER IS NICE FOR AGE BUT HAS A FEW STAINS AND A FEW SMALL RIPS. THAT IS ALL I CAN SEE AND THINK OF FEEL FREE TO CALL ME AND ILL DO MY BEST TO HELP YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
