I have up for auction a highly desirable 1957 Vw Bug Oval Window Ragtop, these cars are getting more expensive every day, We are only selling it because we are having restored a 1957 vw beetle ragtop, European model, and we only need one car. This Beetle is matching numbers, it has Bullet front fenders, Ribbed rear fenders, the correct 36 hp motor, Original floor pan that is in great shape.It also has its original windshield.The engine was completely rebuilt a few months ago, and has under 500 miles on it. All the engine components were rebuilt also, Like the Carburetor, Distributor, Fuel pump, Etc. New Shocks, all new Brakes, Wheel cylinders, Brake lines, Wheel bearings. The Ragtop is original to the car and it works great. This car is a blast to drive. The body is also in great condition. The door panels are original and the seats have seat covers on then, I pulled the back cover off the passengers front seat and the original cover was underneath it. The head liner is coming apart in a couple of places and should be replaced at some point. This is a very clean original car that you can just get in and drive anywhere, The car also comes with its original keys. Please ask all questions before bidding. This is a No Reserve Auction.
