1946 Ford truck Rat Rod 1946 Ford truck Rat Rod I have an antiquity company in the middle of Texas. We specialize in fine antiques and collectibles. Once in a while my customers turn in a classic automobile or motorcycle. This is one of those items: We received this beautiful Rat Rod from a very dear friend who is a professional car builder specializing in Rat Rod builds. Some of his creations won many awards. The truck has an absolutely beautiful patina and should make an outstanding Rat Rod. He originally started this beautiful Rat Rod for himself but due to a family situation he had to part with it. He spent hundreds of hours designing and building this beautiful Rat Rod. All the major welding of the cabin/frame/bed is already done. He took the engine (460 V-8) of a running truck with its automatic transmission into this truck. The truck has a 460CI engine, C-6 transmission, and 9 inch rear end. The truck comes with its drive shaft, head lights, air horn, radiator, and many other parts that need to be installed by the new owner. The interior and wiring and some of the cosmetic stuff also has to be done by the new owner. The truck comes with a clear Texas title. So bring your trailer and we will help you load up your toy. Also, we might be able to deliver to a short distance in Texas for a reasonable fee. All the inspections must be done before the auction closes. Remember that this classic car is 69 years old. Please remember that things always look better in pictures. So you are more than welcome to come see it in person. Your bid is your contract.
