1988 Dodge Ram W-250, 318 V8 gas engine with 727 3-speed transmission. Great looking classic Dodge pickup. This truck gets compliments on a daily basis and strikes up countless conversations. The front clip was replaced after a minor accident in 2009 with the fenders, core support and grill from a 1992 donor and gives this truck a nice looking update to the more popular grill style. The original bench seat was removed and replaced with bucket seat and a fold down center counsel from a second generation Dodge pickup. Everything works on the truck as it should, including lights, wipers, radio, windows, etc. with the exception of a few gauges. Only reason for selling, recently bought a 1991 W-250 Cummins and can't justify keeping both. Within the past year: New exhaust New brakes all around New battery New alternator New coil New spark plugs and wires New distributor New starter Engine oil/filter and trans fluid/filter were changed about a week ago Great looking, reliable truck that starts every time, I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Minimal rust for the age, please see pictures of under the cab and bed. It was repainted back in 2009 and you can see how well the paint is holding up, it is not full of bondo, and if taken care of properly, this truck will look great for many years to come.
