For auction is my 2004 Nogaro Blue & Gray Alcantara B6 S4 Avant, the Swiss-army knife of cars combining performance, luxury, utility, aesthetics and confidence-inspiring all-weather grip. It took me 3 years to find this particular example. It was owned by a Florida couple that maintained it carte-blanche as evidenced by the 33 Carfax Maintenance Records. Due to work travels and being a father of 3 (all kids under 6), the car has logged a paltry 310 miles in the past 9 months. Over my 2-year ownership, I've driven it less than 13K miles. It is maintained more than it is driven, hence the reluctant sale. Essentially stock except for higher durometer snub-mount (less drivetrain movement during gear changes) and JHM Intake Spacers (reduced intake temps). Lifetime of adult ownership and garaging. Carfax records from previous owner. Flaws Intermittent & faint timing chain-rattle when cold, imperceptible when warm (I use Mobil 1 0/40 exclusively). Condition has been present over my entire course of ownership (over 10K mi) and has not worsened, affected performance or caused an up tick in fuel/oil consumption. I educated myself extensively prior to purchasing the car, you should too. To that end, and due to the maintenance history, I would drive this car anywhere today, tomorrow and into the next 100K mi without worry. Minor paint nicks touched up on fenders and front bumper. A few paint scratches on the rear bumper have been touched up. A few spots on the Alcantara front seats. Haven’t attempted to remove, may come up with some elbow grease / steam clean.Recently noticed front tires are loud likely caused by flat spots from car sitting. A few miles on her and the condition may clear itself.Rear of valve covers are beginning to leak AGAIN (even though they were just done). One could try snugging the bolts but my plan was to use all new valve cover bolts and RTV the next attempt. Torn weather stripping on Passenger Front door (door seals fine). '4.2L' cosmetic engine cover cracked in 2 places. I've seen these on ebay for around $40. Missing OEM jackWheels have minor curb rash (done prior to my ownership) California Buyers ***Car passed CA smog on 2/5/2016 and will be valid for 90 days for title transfer to new owner.
