Up for auction is a 2009 Jeep Patriot that is a one owner vehicle. The interior is very nice with no rips, tears, or burn marks in seats or headliner. It appears to have never been smoked in. There are no fowl odors of any sort. The vehicle runs and drives excellent and the a/c is ice cold. There are no lights lit on the dash that are not supposed to be on. The transmission shifts as it should. There are a couple minor defects on the rear wheel arches that are shown in the pictures and the windshield is cracked. The undercarriage is in nice condition. There are no leaks from the engine or transmission. This vehicle drives very nice and has no clunks or rattles in the suspension. It drives straight down the road and does not pull to either side. The brakes stop great and work as they should. All the tires are in great condition as shown in the pictures. If you are interested I also have extended warranties to offer with many price options. If not, I will cancel your bid. There is a low $100.00 documentation fee. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, title, notary, shipping, and any other fee involved with transferring ownership of this vehicle. I have a clean P.A. title in hand. I do require a $500.00 deposit within 24hrs of the auction close. The balance must be paid for within 7 days. If you pay with anything other than cash for the balance, the funds must clear my bank before the vehicle leaves my possession. Only then will the title be transferred. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a low reserve on this vehicle. It is below half of what the vehicle retails for. So if you want a good vehicle at a reasonable price , this may just be the one for you.
